This handwoven fabric is inspired by the sampaguita flower and the pattern of traditional pinilian handwoven textiles created by the weavers in Santiago, Ilocos Sur. The handwoven fabric is made with deadstock 100% polyester thread and discarded hotel towels cut into strips and added into the weft of the textile.
